i have a problem after installation this contribution when i click on checkout it gives me blank screen. why is that?

hi i install the UPSXML for my site and then i got this email UPSXML Rates Error: 10002: The XML document is well formed but the document is not valid experienced by customer with id on is there any one who can help me i am very thankful if somebody helps me to solve this problem.
