missing store name on invoice

I have another problem that I can not figure out. When I go to review the invoice out name and address does not appear. It also has junk on the top.


How do I fix this?

not subtracting quinties from inventory.

I also have another problem. After going live, order came in but did not subtract qty from item and set it out of stock. How do I fix that one?

sales tax being charged across the board

When live and my orders all have sales tax on them. I only set up tax zone for South Carolina. So I don't understand why the other states are getting taxed. Could someone please help me?

How to set sub-catagories list 4 across instead of single blocks?

How or where do I set up everyday products to look like "Special products"? At the moment it is dispaying row by row. I would like to see it 4 across and 12 down.
