Using OSC V2.3.1 with V3.0 Header Tags SEO.
Hi Forum / Jack_mcs,
I ran HTML validation on index.php and got a fistful of errors so logged the following post.............
http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/topic/378442-html-validation/page__gopid__1597075#entry1597075
Just for reference, here's the code extract from template-top.php again...................
/*** Begin Header Tags SEO ***/
if ( file_exists(DIR_WS_INCLUDES . 'header_tags.php') ) {
require(DIR_WS_INCLUDES . 'header_tags.php');
} else {
?>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=<?php echo CHARSET; ?>">
<title><?php echo TITLE; ?></title>
<?php
}
/*** End Header Tags SEO ***/
Is it possible that the "meta http-equiv" statement is causing the validation errors ?
Many thanks,
semper-linux
