  1. thank you for your advice Chris, It is appreciated. Adam
  2. Oh Brilliant, This is where being a Novice certainly does not pay. Thank you for your advice, any tips you could give me to be able edit the header just for the time being? Adam
  3. All the advice they can offer is that it can be edited in the includes/header.php This is what i find in that file. <?php /* $Id$ osCommerce, Open Source E-Commerce Solutions http://www.oscommerce.com Copyright © 2010 osCommerce Released under the GNU General Public License */ if ($messageStack->size('header') > 0) { echo '<div class="grid_24">' . $messageStack->output('header') . '</div>'; } ?> <?php if (strpos($_SERVER['REQUEST_URI'],'.php')) {?> <div > <div id="storeLogo"><br clear="all"></div> <?php //$curt= new bm_shopping_cart(); //$curt->execute_1(); ?> Could anyone shed some light on how i would edit that? or if the edit file is located somewhere else? Cheers, Adam

  5. is annoyed with this shipping module :(

  6. http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/5426 this is the addon i have installed
  7. I have installed a new shipping module based on city to city rates. I have been told to set zones up for each city, and then match that in the shipping module but when i end up at the checkout it does not add on shipping or even bring anything on Has anyone got any experience with this?
  8. I have found an addon/module city shipping rates I have encountered a problem with the install, i do not understand it! can anyway dumb it down for me? 1. Copy all files as listed within this directory enable the module and set a default shipping amount. 2. Link to the "city_ship_rates.php" document within one of the boxes of your choice within the admin parent directory. (Having a problem with sorting the coding for this :( ) 3. Run the SQL statement included with the package. 4. Enter which cities you would like to have a different shipping amount charged. (Cities are tied to your stores set zone and will not allow cities outside of your stores zone to receive the same rates. If a city has not been foung within the list the customer would then be charged the default rate.) Please help i am at my wits end trying to figure this out!
  9. Hi chris Just had a quick look, not really what im looking for.. Im using an indepedant courier and he charges by distance. so from de11 to ws24 will be £20 but obviously will differ from postcode to postcode, anyway i can do this?
