I am currently having our site hosted free by 000webhost but unfortunately the free hosting does not support ssl certificates and therefore i have had to upgrade my subscription, yet again, unfortunately i cannot transfer my free domain over to the premium hosting site even though the premium site owns and runs the free site. so they registered me a free domain and here is the problem, i am really struggling to upload the database and i keep getting the following error.......
