Hi,

Can anyone tell me if there is an easy way of ordering products in the product listing pane.

Categories have a sort order option but products do not seem to and it looks like OSC only orders alphabetically which is not great

Any help appreciated

Hi,

I had a version 2.2 site and it was attached by malware. It now looks like I will not be able to salvage the site and will have to start from scratch.

Can anyone advise if I should install 2.3.1 or make the leap to version 3 while I now have the opportunity to.

Hi, I am looking for some assistance.
Two years ago I developed and OS COMMERCE site using version 2.2. I installed an add on that allowed me to set the delivery price based on the weight of the transaction as well as various other edits / logos /pictures etc.

The site was dormant for a while until my hosting agent informed me that it had been compromised by a SSH viewing script and that I had to take the site down or else upgrade it.

I could not afford to update directly as I was afraid of losing my add ins so I started hacking and basically have made a mess out of my site.

I am looking for someone to help me get the site back up and running cleanly, who will be able to fix the errors that are being displayed and who will be able to make sure that the site is either updated to the latest OS version OR that it is patched for security against these scripts .. WITHOUT LOSING DATA or FUNCTIONALITY

I am sure from my reading of this post that I am not very technically savvy and therefore posting a response of a huge technical nature will not help me.

I was hoping to find someone who would work with me for a reasonable price that maybe could partner me as a OS tech support going forward
