Thanks Steve, I will read the Spider Session Remover and apply. It's odd that there are multiple session IDs and Googlebot and others don't have them. Here's another -- wonder where they're starting? I'll tweak for this one too I guess. "tbot" should have stopped it, right? Steve, I'm a little confused ... nothing new. This store has been online for almost two years and "prevent spider sessions" has been set to True that whole time .... I can give you today's log if it would help but looks like every hit from this IP (209.249.86.4) has an osCsid on it. It seems to have a different osCsid every so often too .... what am I doing wrong? Thanks --

A client just noticed a particular IP address adding things to his cart but never checking out. You have an extra comma between here: '1', , '1', now( ) 8 fields, 9 arguments to the fields, remove the red comma.

One problem I've seen posted here numerous times is caused by no authors or reviews in the database tables. See this post for the way to fix it: http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=124161 And if that post disappears, here's what it says: My solution was to add : if ($offset < 0) { $offset = 0 ; } Between: $offset = ($max_rows_per_page * ($current_page_number - 1)); and: $sql_query .= " limit " . $offset . ", " . $max_rows_per_page; in the file catalog/admin/includes/classes/split_page_results.php Hope that helps someone.
