I have the following url showing up in my whos online /index.php/?fsum=15 (although the 15 does vary), any body have an idea what this is. I am bit concerned as my site got attacked a short time ago. I nade the silly mistake of not renaming admin. I have corrected this and stuck it behind various password controlled barriers and added the security mods.

Now see this, and with no clue, could do with finding out, I have captured the ip address and it is based state side.

Hi, wondering if anybody can shed a light. I have recently been subject to a attack (assume injection) with links out to a forex site.
I have purged all my files (deleted) and upload a clean version. I have follwed (a bit late) advice from the forums and now changed the name and location of admin and put server side password protect on as well.

I have upload sucurity pro as suggested - and this is where I assume I have made my mistake - I have changed all the permissions, at first to 644 but then some of the site stopped working, there relaxed various folders to get the site up and going (slowly relaxed until it came alive - image folders been one).

If I send a email via the email tool in the admin/tools this goes ok.
When an order is made (thrrough to paypal ipn) there is no order process either to me (store owner) or customer
When there is a order update and the notify customer is checked - no email is sent.

I assume the changes to the permissions (persumably still 644) is the problem, is there any advice that can be offered.

The site that I reload was a back up from a known working,

Hi all, I am a bit confused - I want to be able to issue credit notes within OSC. I use paypal IPN for the checkout and I know I can refund from there but there is no link into OSC.
I am sure other people must issue full or part credits, and as well as printing invoices for the customers, print credit notes.

At the very least, I not sure how an account can sort out taxes without this ability.

This has has become a problem recently, when a friend I know order some items from our site and paid the carriage. As he lives down the street, we give him the stuff and refund through paypal (oh the cost!!) but he needs an invoice and credit note to keep his books striaght.

Any help or pointers to a addon would be great.

Hi all, I have been searching the forums for a while now, and I have seen the question asked, but could not find an answer.
In the catogary drop down menu ($catmenu) I would like to change the spelling on the top level header from catalog to catalogue. I have change all the other references in english.php etc, but can not find where to change this last one.

I have search the DB on the chance that it is being pulled from there but to no joy.

Any help would be great as the only option would be to remove it the drop down box completly.
