Installing STS

I have the latest version of oscommerce I assume anyway. i added through godaddy.
I have a fresh version of oscommerce so it should be easy to install STS.
Im confused because there is a folder for files for MS2 and folder for files for RC1
then Files for RC2....Which one do I have and how do I find out??

What is the quickest and easiest way to do this without having to do it manually?
