We combined all of one category into a single product with options, and need to figure out how to display subcategories and products all on the same page, with pics. Any suggestions?

I need to add breadcrumbs to an osCommerce site that's been absolutely gutted, so I basically have to add it from scratch. Any suggestions on how to proceed?

URGENT - Site not able to accept any orders

Once the customers get to checkout and enter their credit card information, they're not able to complete the order. Any ideas? The site is www.swingaway.com.
