Anyone else having problems with the forum server ????

Database tables being deleted without reason

Here is the scenario for everyone to imagine. I say imagine because I can't find ANY possible reason for this to happen. There is no CRON job, or SQL trigger causing this. This website was created by me and there is no malicious code or malware.
So, the client uploads his more than 20,000 products to the database. All is good. However, within the next 48 hours or so, the products table is deleted. The products_options,product_option_values, products_description, products_to_categories etc etc are NOT deleted. JUST the products table, leaving the site seemingly without products to sell.
Has ANYONE ever heard of this or could anyone offer a suggestion where to look to correct this issue ?
This is an Apache server running PHP 5.2.1 with MySQL 5.0

No Index of a Category

I have come across something that I have never had to work with before. I have a single category that I DON'T want Search Engines to crawl. Anyone have any ideas on how to stop indexing of just one category ?

Hi Guys,
Quick question for you.
I just went to the add on area and noticed that the contributors name no longer appears next to the date the contribution was uploaded. Was this intentionally removed ? If so, was there a reason for the removal ?
Quite honestly, I found the contributors name helpful in identifying revisions and especially helpful when making reference to a specific revision for those seeking a specific function.
Please let me know.

Ok,
I am looking for some community feedback about the functionality of v2.3.1. Comparing v2.3.1 to other carts and 'ideas', what would you like v2.3.1 to do that it doesn't do 'out of the box' ? I am not talking about contribution improvement, but something that is NOT currently available.
For example, I am currently working on an 'Account' module, that will allow customers to have a running account in the cart. The customer would deposit funds into their cart account, and then make purchases from that account. The customer will have access to the account balance, purchase history and be able to withdraw funds from the cart at any time if they choose to close their account within the cart.
These are the kinds of ideas I am looking for and would like any 'ideas' or feedback from the community.
All CONSTRUCTIVE suggestions are welcome.
