  1. Hi All, I've got a major problem where my RSS feeds are no longer working. The RSS page comes up fine but doesn't list any of the articles which are on my site. This is happening both locally on my test site and remotely on the production site. Does anyone have an idea why this may be happening? It was happening a little while back but has since stopped happening..... Thanks Matt
  2. And I had a quick look, and Prevent Spider sessions is set to true. I personally don't care what the users see, just not overly thrilled with the duplicates in analytics.
  3. Sam, It's not in the search index, that's all good. Header Tags or SEO URL's are taking care of that, or the sitemap is, one of the three. I just want to cleanup the analytics data as I know I've got duplicates in the content stats which drives me nuts as (as an example) product_1.html is showing up as product_1.html?Csid=lhjasfsa9871234, then you get another one on a seperate line saying product_1.html?Csid=kjasdfnaxo789. They're the same page, but coming as separate pages in the stats!
  4. Hi All, I've done a search of the whole forum using "+csid +analytics" and got nothing so thought i would raise it in a new topic. When looking at my top content on Google Analytics, many pages are being duplicated by having the csid in the URL. I've been reading some topics where people are saying the csid is required for browsers that have cookies turned off, or you can get CSID Killer to turn this all off etc.... What is the general consensus these days for the csid? On, off, force cookies etc...?? Or am I barking up the wrong tree and should be putting a filter or something in Analytics so this won't show? Thanks,
  5. Did anyone answer the question about the RSS feed icon? I click on it and it wants to download the rss.php file. This isn't correct is it?
  6. Ignore the last couple of messages. It came down to mod_rewrite being a pain to enable properly under Windows. All is working, has been uploaded to production and working fine. Thanks!!
  7. Just adding to the above, the website works if SEO URL's is turned off, so I'm guessing its either go to do with .htaccess file OR the seo.class.php file...???? I know it says if you're hosting on a windows server this won't work, but I'm gathering thats if its hosted on IIS rather than Apache running on Windows....
  8. Hi All, I originally had v2.5 working on my site and it worked perfectly. I tried updating with v2.6 which it of course broke. So I removed everything and on somebody's request, installed the v2.1d released by FWR Media. Now I've setup a test site which is running Apache 2.2.11 with php 5.2.8 and MySQl 5.1.30 running on an XP machine at home. The site works fine until I put v2.1d on it, then I get "URL Not Found messages". I was getting this when I put v2.6 on it...... These are the loaded Apache modules and mod-rewrite is there so can't see what the problem would be: core mod_win32 mpm_winnt http_core mod_so mod_actions mod_alias mod_asis mod_auth_basic mod_authn_default mod_authn_file mod_authz_default mod_authz_groupfile mod_authz_host mod_authz_user mod_autoindex mod_cgi mod_dir mod_env mod_include mod_isapi mod_log_config mod_mime mod_negotiation mod_rewrite mod_setenvif mod_php5. Any ideas?? Thanks, Matt
  9. Ok, I'll sort that out after completely stuffing up the SEO URL's. Any ideas why I get 404's all of a sudden....
  10. Hi all, Was wondering if you could help me. I've had v2.5 installed for a while now and I thought all was good. I then ran into a problem where if you clicked on a certain product, added that to your cart, continued shopping and clicked on another product, it would just add to the original product. I turned SEO URL's off and the problem fixed itself. I looked at v2.6 and thought it was a simple "upgrade" which may fix my problem. Guess what, it caused more problems than expected. Basically, it's completely shut down the categories / products pages. I've tried to revert back to v2.5 but it still hasn't fixed it. Keep getting 404 NOT FOUND errors.... Anybody able to help as to where the problem might be????? It was working fine up until I installed 2.6. I'm concerned Google will go and re-index everything based on non-SEO URL's..... Thanks, Matt
  11. Hi All, I've installed a HTML mail (SEND HTML MAIL v2) to my store which is working beautifully. I've now added the PayPal IPN module which also works wonderfully. Problem is that if the customer chooses Credit Card through Paypal, the HTML email is not sent for the order. Now I understand that Paypal probably sends an email but I would rather the HTML email order that I have designed to go out as it includes the company logo etc... I'm ok with Paypal sending a "payment confirmation" email which I would like followed up by our HTML email. Anyone run into similar problems? I'm presuming even non-HTML emails aren't sent correctly. BTW, this is only in testing using Paypal Sandbox....could this be the problem? I'm not keen to try in the production version.... Thanks, Matt
  12. Hi all, I've added a HTML mail confirmation module which is not working when Paypal is being used. Is this because Paypal will do the emailing of the order? I'd much prefer Paypal to confirm the payment has been made then for me to send the order through HTML. Any idea of the email confirmation works when going through Paypal? Thanks!
  13. What payment modules are there then if you want Credit Card payments to be accepted through Paypal without using Express Checkout??? I've seen stores where you can enter your Credit Card info OR login to Paypal. And it needs to work in Aus....
  14. Hi guys, I've only recently installed this module and love it. I've just tested the Paypal Express Checkout option and it works great in the Sandbox environment. My problem comes when I try the Credit Card Direct Payment. I'm receiving a "Merchant Country Unsupported". The store is an Australian store with only AUD as it's currency setup. The Sandbox environment on Paypal is setup with an Australian merchant account so I can't see why the merchant country isn't supported. I'm not the only one using this in Australia surely??? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Matt
