  1. OK, that's probably why I get the error message, since there are some Swedish åäö in the adress of the test customer I created... Did you do it manually? Then this temporary solution wont work with new customers who registers for the first time, or is there some way to automatically exclude these characters?
  2. Hi! I'm eager to install a OsCommerce Google Analytics Module. Problem, as usual, when installing a contrib is knowing wich release to choose. Maybe there should be some clean-up from old contributions with bugs in the contributions area? http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contri...earch,analytics Which of these are confirmed to be working? I'm using OsC 2.2Rc2 with MVS1.1,Header Tags 3.0,Ultimate SEO Url 2.1d and Google XML Sitemap Feed v1.3. Thanks :)
  3. Lifting this thread again.. I'm sure someone encountered this problem before. It's the PayPal Website Payments Standard module I'm using with OsCommerce 2.2 RC2.
  4. When I check out from my store and arrive at PayPal it says: "You have entered unsupported characters for this field. Current available language character types are: European, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, and Thai. Please try again.". I'm able to complete the payment, but this message might be confusing to rookie customers who don't know what to do.. What do we do about the problem?
  5. Hi! I found this template, wich was exactly what I was looking for. A slick, simple black design. You can't fail with that one.. Problem is the company that designed it doesn't sell it.. So do anyone know where to find something in this style? I'm willing to pay for it, and if someone would help me with the design I would happily spend some money on the design...
  6. I've been trying to install MVS1.0.. I've copied all the files to the OsCommerce installation on my server. Then I copied the mvs.sql to the root directory of the store (it didn't say in the manual where to put it, was this correct?) Then the manual said: "For a fresh installation, run the included mvs.sql file from the MySQL command line or from your favorite database admin tool (I use phpMyAdmin)." OK, I tried that, but couldn't find where in phpMyAdmin to do it.. So the installation is not yet finished. When I try to reach the store it displays: "Server Requirement Error: register_globals is disabled in your PHP configuration. This can be enabled in your php.ini configuration file or in the .htaccess file in your catalog directory." And when I try to run the admin tool for the store it says: "1146 - Table 'allkind2_osc1.vendor_configuration' doesn't exist select configuration_key as cfgKey, configuration_value as cfgValue from vendor_configuration [TEP STOP]" I have major vertigo.. Should I just start over with a new install? Or is this repairable?
