  1. Ok, I've read all of the documentation for this contribution. I feel ready to install and configure SEO-G. However, I also plan to use oscAffiliate, so I wanted to check in to see if these two will work together ok. Is anyone using both of these at the same time? If so, did you have any significant problems to resolve?
  2. It's kind of scary to see so many people have problems that they say are hurting their business. That's why I recommend installing in a test shop before installing into your main business site. I really like the idea of this contribution, but it seems like everyone is having problems with it. Did anyone successful install it "out of the box" without having to deal with headaches?
  3. This doesn't seem to be working for me. I just installed v 2.7 Full Version from September 4. I followed all instructions from the install_repack file. Now, when I log into the control panel, I see that a new link has been added to the catalog box. This link reads BOX_CATALOG_QUICK_UPDATES. That seemed a little odd, because I was expecting it to just say "Quick Updates". When I click on the link, it tries to open: http://www.mystore.com/admin/FILENAME_QUICK_UPDATES This, in turn, gives me an error 404, saying that "FILENAME_QUICK_UPDATES was not found on this server." I double checked all of the files, especially admin/includes/fileanames.php. After I checked them all, I reuploaded, and get the same result. I have no idea why this is not working. It did not mess anything up, so that's a plus - it just doesn't work. It seems to be something with where it calls the filename. Did anyone else have this problem? How did you get by it?
  4. Sorry, I meant to say admin/catagories.php, not catalog.
  5. I am having a problem understanding these manual install instructions for version 2.04. Everything is fine until I get to the admin/catalog.php instructions, on the part where it reads: I am puzzled by this part, because not only does it not say what portion may need to be edited, but it doesn't tell me where to put this at. Where does this portion of the code go??
  6. Which contribution did you try that is giving you trouble? I've tried to create my images with the shrink down in mind, but they still look terrible. I'm looking around to see if I can find an add-on that manages thumbnails better.
  7. Thanks for the link. In reading the documentation, it looks like they've changed up the atip processing link since this contribution was made. I updated that link in the payment module, and now it works like a charm. For anyone doing a search at a future date, just open includes/modules/payment/ebullion.php Find: $this->form_action_url = 'https://www2.e-bullion.com/atip/process.php'; Replace with: $this->form_action_url = 'https://atip.e-bullion.com/process.php';
  8. It seems to be working great now. I somehow missed a file when I unzipped it. I deleted everything, did a fresh unzip and upload, and now it's all working great.
  9. I'm sorry for asking such a simple question, but do I have to enter all of that information manually, or is there a method of just importing it into the database?
  10. The way the contribution page is laid out makes it a little confusing on what's what. Which file is the most recent full install? 3.5d?
  11. So, what if you have this installed and someone purchases via PayPal IPN? Does it cause any problems, or is it just that they do not have a fancy invoice?
  12. The only problem with that is it opens a door for someone to use your site as a tool for unwanted emails, or even to send malicious content. It's probably unlikely that it would ever happen, but it could cause a lot of complaints about you if it ever did, which would suck considering you didn't do anything yourself. I like the idea behind the contribution, but you shouldn't have to set yourself up in order to use it.
  13. http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/3208 I am posting about the above mentioned contribution for using e-Bullion.com as a payment method. This is an older contribution, but I could not find anything in the forums about it. I have set it all up on my test site, but when I try to check out through e-Bullion, I am greeted with a page that tells me that the security certificate has some sort of issue. As if that's not bad enough, once I click to continue, the page that it directs me to just times out and results in a 404. The page I am being directed to is: https://www2.e-bullion.com/atip/process.php I know that e-Bullion is still live, so I think maybe there has just been a change in API since the contribution was put together. I think this would be a really nice alternative to offer if it was working. Is anyone out there familiar with e-Bullion and think that this contribution can be salvaged?
  14. Just curious as to if anyone is doing a contribution for Liberty Reserve
