I have run a repair on your database which has corrected this. Databases with a lot of data being added/removed can sometimes become corrupt. This is specifically true for "session" tables where every visitor is added to the table. If for some reason they leave and the table isn't updated correctly it can cause it to crash.
If you have a large site we suggest optimizing your tables once every couple weeks to ensure any "stuck" or corrupted table data don't cause a crash. You can also repair the table any time via the phpMyAdmin (DB Admin) icon in your control panel."
​Does this make any sense? Is there a way to optimize the tables as they suggest, or do I just have to wait until the site crashes again and run a repair in the MySQL on the specific table?
