we already have an fedex account, we use the software to print invoice. Now when we use that account number we get this error: ERROR: FedEx Return Error 5012 : Account number not in database Does that mean for web we have to get another account?

Hello I'm using UPS shipping module , its working alright so far. Customer is complaining that he is paying more price for 3 Day shipping , is it possible? Customer is using windows based software for shipping and printing. Now if Next day and Ground shipping price are same for both why I'm having issues with 3 day shipping? Please advice

My client want to use UPS API to print Shipping level with tracking number from oscommerce, I spoke with someone in UPS API and according them it is possible. You have to send info from Oscommerce to UPS and it return with a tracking Number to Oscommerce database and than print shipping level. Did someone try it? Or lead me somewhere? Let me know if anybody like to work with me on it, I dont mind paying

this might be another topic but related, is there any way I can print Shipping Level with Invoice with UPS tracking number because my client ship about 100+ orders everyday and we need to come out with a shortcut solutions to print invoices+ shipping levels.
