Mutiple Shop Addon

Does anyone know of a Mutiple Shop type addon that will allow for shops to sign up and have their own frontend and backend? Similar to eBay or Amazon Marketplace? Is it even possible? It the addon doesn't exist and it is possible... how much would something like that cost?
