Some how a customer opened up 3 live support requests and I try to remove them. It goes to busy and stays there. I'm pretty confused. I'm by no means a coder but I'm gonna check it out. Anyone else had this problem?

Shot in the dark you may have invalid characters in the description. Second you may have the format for the dollar amounts incorrectly. They must be in general format I.E. 9.7 for $9.70. If this isn't done you will not get the price imported correctly. Try a few products as an example then follow your example. Just a shot in the dark but do you have invalid characters in the text field for images? If you send me a sample of your .txt file and a link to your images I'll take a look at it. Max

Coolhandluke youre the man! I was having the same issues you were. I haven't had enough time to dedicate to it but I can't see how it was never added either. Seems easy enough. I'm gonna play with it today. -=neo=-
