PayPal IPN Invalid Process ( osCommerce 2.2-MS2 + PayPal_IPN_v2.2 )

I used osCommerce 2.2-MS2 with payment module PayPal_IPN_v2.2 for a few years. It run properly until a few month ago. I have a problem with the IPN.

I received an " PayPal IPN Invalid Process " email everytime I received an orders. Although I received paypal payment from the buyers, the stock's quantity was not reduced.

Besides, the order status shows " PayPal IPN Invalid [Completed] " , just like the following

09/20/2011 Preparing [PayPal IPN] 09/20/2011 Pending PayPal IPN Invalid [Completed]

Now, I have to adjust the stock quantityand order status manually.

I have done a search on this forum but could not solve the problem.

Any help or suggestion ? I would be much appreciated to your reply......
