  1. Thanks Bill, I really appreciate the help. I'll try it like you explained. Thanks, Erik.
  2. Hi, I would like to add something to my shopping_cart.php page (add to cart page) and also the checkout page. I apologize if this is already mentioned somewhere but I couldn't find it. Can someone please help me on how to do this with STS? Many thanks in advance, Erik.
  3. Those bags under my eyes will finally be gone thanks to power-naps! E.
  4. Thanks Sam. I've enabled gzip compression, but in all honesty, the effect on FCK isn't shocking. I guess I just have to get used to the less-than-amazing performance. Rgds, Erik.
  5. I'm using the most recent version of this one: http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/5679 No images in product description. The admin interface loads slowly even if no product description is present (with a new product). I need to check about the compression on admin pages. Load time under 10s: does that mean that a load time of for instance 7s should be considered normal? Thanks, Erik.
  6. Hi all, I apologize if this is the wrong place to post this, please correct me if there's a better location. I'm looking for help with the FCK Editor contribution. I installed the contribution and it's working fine, except in the admin section of my shop the FCK Editor interface loads very slowly. The icons of the toolbars appear slowly one after the other. I don't think my hosting provider is to be blamed, because before the contribution everything ran much more smoothly. Is this a known issue and can I do something to improve performance? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks in advance, Erik.
  7. Thanks so much, Jack, that really helped! Erik.
  8. Is there a way to get rid of the "currently viewing" line when the Header Tags SEO contribution is installed? If so, how can I get rid of it? Sorry if this is already answered somewhere, but I couldn't find it. Many thanks in advance, Erik.
  9. Ok, so apparently the <!--$headcontent--> was also needed ... Adding that removed the error indicator. Thanks for you help. Erik.
  10. Bill, thanks for you prompt response. Actually I already looked in the blank template, but this is all I see in there: <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN"> <html $htmlparams> <head> <meta http-equiv="Content-Language" content="en-us"> <!--$headcontent--> <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="stylesheet.css"> </head> <body> <p>This is a blank template. Replace this text with your content. Enjoy! Template by: Bill Kellum</p> </body> </html> I copied the <html $htmlparams> to my template file, but that didn't help. Do you have any other suggestions? Erik.
  11. Hi all, I've just installed a clean version of RC2a and dropped STS 458 over it. I've created a very simple html file with only $content in the body section and set that as template in the STS admin section. When I look at my shop, the 3 products in my test shop show up fine. When I click on one product, I'm taken to the product page. If I click on the "click to enlarge" link, it doesn't work and I get an error indicator (yellow exclamation point) in the bottom left corner of IE7. In FF I don't get any error indicators, but clicking on the "click to enlarge" link doesn't do nothing. Please help! Many thanks in advance, Erik.
