Ok, simple question: instructions on use are where?

eg: what purpose does the field "Shipping zip code" serve? What goes there? I swear I've read it before, but cannot do a productive search in the new forum here to find it... Help in locating docs or an answer is appreciated!

Amen.... As a long-time user, this blows.... big time! The loss of search within a topic is crucial when you have (as we often do here) dozens of pages in a support thread for a contribution. What's the point of having a support forum if your search capabilities in long topics doesn't work?

Very disappointed.....
