Help altering a google base feed

I have been sending a google base feed for years, now they are changing it and I need to update the way information is being sent. What I would like to do is send the category string to match the google base categories. Like this:

if my category = 21 then send "Media>Music" as category

But I don't know how to write this to work. Does anyone have experience with the google base feed who could help? I just need to get one category to work then I can copy the code to work with other categories.

USPS Methods Not working for Canada

I am using the current USPS methods contribution and my canadian customers are unable to checkout because canada does not show any shipping. Its just blank. Does anyone have a similar problem or a solution?
