Hello All; I need some Top Priority Suggestions? (Testing on "Coolmenu & MenuBar) Running (OSC 2.2 MS1) The store that I am currently working on, Is going to be what is going to Be considered a "HUGE" Database Store? The products item counts within the next several months, after completed (As a beginning completion) will have well about if not over ""100,000+"" Items in it. What suggestions that I need from everyone is this.? In the Menu Structure, It currently looks like this. (Music Publication Store) guitar | A - E | Guitar Method | Metallica In the above , there is the Main Guitar and then the A - E is the letters from the 2nd category that has "5" items in it, which "1" is Guitar Method And then from there, the last level is the name of the artist, in this case is Metallica And in some cases, the "Menu Level" Is "1 - 2" Levels deeper. Here is the issue. If I was to set it up to not have the A - E (and other later) Then it will be "36+" deep. Which on some Monitor Resolutions, will Not be able to see all the "Categories" So this is why I have it set up to Show "Letters" A -E --> Covers the 2nd level categories that start with "a" "b" "c" "d" & "e" OK, now on the "Artist" Name (Above sample, is "Metallica") If suggestions come in to have "ALL" Artist to be listed on the same page. Instead of in there own "Artist" Category. Then there could be an Over Load on my server, and also a "Lag" On the visitors, side, As the page loads. --> Could be over. 1,000 - 4,000.... In each Sub Category, So this is the reason for the "Artist Name" Categories. So if I was to set it up as a "3" Level Deep. Then it would be something like this. Guitar | Guitar Method | --> ALL ARTIST <-- 1,000 - 4,000 When page fully loads. Which I would not be able to use the "Coolmenu (or) MenuBar" Contributes. Right now, I am having to use the "MenuBar" As it does not have the "Grayed out" Bug that the "CoolMenu" Has with HUGE Structures. But the "MenuBar" Does have an "Over Lap" Issue, that is effected line of site. But the "MenuBar" Can be worked. As you can tell, this is going to be a HUGE Database, And a Major Headache, as Time goes on. So that is why I would like to have any suggestions, that I can get from You all in here. I will submit a link, to ONLY those that ask to see the store right now. But ask that "NO ONE" place any false orders. Due to some issues, with the "USPS Shipping" It is not working right now as it is. And is also an issue, that I have to look at as well. Thank you for any suggestions that I receive from the group. Please keep in mind, that this store is going to be growing very rapidly. And as time goes on, it is going to get more deeply evolved. And it Is going to get to the point that it cannot be changed, "Easily", So Please give advice and suggestions a.s.a.p So that I can make changes soon. Hello DM; I have done what you have suggested, And I have the Menu seting correct For heigth and width, But for the "includes/boxes/coolmenu.php" I do not see anything in there, that would represent the h/w of the box? This is the only thing that I see that is close to the w/h of the box. But as you can see, there is nothing for the Height, except "$height" ? In other information, is greatly appreciated. Thank you [zookerman] for the information, That will come in really handy. But could someone please tell me HOW?? to do the coolmenu? As right now I have tried the "Coolmenu" and to no avail. The size of the "Categories" table, did not do right, the Menu was covering up everything, and did not fit in the Table and so on. Could someone please let me know, about how the successfully made the menu work for them, As it is allot more professional that the [Menubar] that I am using right now. Just checking in, to see if anyone has any idea's of what could be going on here?? This is getting very bothersome in a major way. Need to run shipping test, before inserting all the products, but looks like I am starting to run out of time, and I have a basic deadline With my Main Distributor, If the shop is live by Friday. Latest Monday, Then they will put me on there site, of which gets "500 - 3,400 hits" per day. And there is only about 15 shops in it so far, And that is it, I need that position, before someone else grabs it. As there is "1" space Left on the 1st Links page. Please someone help if you can, There has to be someone out there that is running, OSC v2.2 MS1 and using USPS for there shipping carrier. Wayne[/b]

Hello All; I have an account set up with "USPS" and have sent this up in "3 Other Stores Running version OSC 1.1" In the admin/shipping <-- When you set up the "USPS" you have a place to Insert the "USPS Production Server Link" , But not in "2.2 MS1"? You only have this: [list]Enable USPS Shipping True Enter the USPS User ID ************ Enter the USPS Password ************ Which server to use production Handling Fee 1.50 Tax Class Taxable Goods Shipping Zone North Carolina Sort Order 0 [/list] Is this all that is needed for the "USPS" to function properly? Is the "USPS Production Server URL" embedded into the php script somewhere? Also, Even though I have it set up to use "USPS" as my shipping method. It is not showing in the Check-out ???? Am I missing something? Could someone please let me know, what I am missing, and what needs to be done, to make all this come together. As I am ready to add products to the shop now, But would like to Test as I go. To make sure that nothing is a miss. Wayne

well "rainguy" I have to say, that is a beauitul site that you have there :-) Anyway, you could let us know exactly how you got the CoolMenu to work?? And how you got the "Categories Images" To work with it as well. If you could post some really good information, I would love to use the Cool Menu. And "dmGremlin" I am using images simular to what "rainguy" is using, for his tables. So hopefully he can give some good instrustions, that Are easy to understand, and get the CoolMenu to work, Wayne

Thank you for your reply "Rainguy" But I am not using the "CoolMenu" I am using the "MenuBar" So if someone have some information on exactly where and what I need To edit, that will be very much appreciated. As I have already gone through the "Categories_dhtml.php" file, and Tested and tried, everything that I know to do, (No knowing that much about PHP, Learning as I go) But get nothing but errors. I have successfully installed this into my shop, And am trying to add my "Box Header image" Back, and am running into a slight issue?? Could you please tell me where to put this code at?
