Payment Method - How to change (Paypal Description)

I was wondering if someone can help me with something. I am having an issue with alot of customers thinking they have to have a Paypal account in order to use credit/debit cards. Hence I want to change the text in the Payment method where it says Paypal(including credit cards and debit cards) to include something like "Paypal acc not needed to use credit/debit cards". I thought the change was in checkout_payment.php but cannot find this text anywhere. Anyone have any idea where this text resides so that I can make the change. Strange > appearing in product_infp.php

If you take a look at my website www.nontando and go into one of my products, you will see a strange ">" sitting above the product title name. I have no idea where this has suddendly come from but I am guessing it is coming from my product_info.php. If you someone can help me identify the problem, that will be much appreciated. email contact form issue

Okay,I created this

On the same page I have created a email contact form that the customer can complete. You can test it, but when the user presses the send form, a Internet Explorer message comes up telling the user,"submitting this form will reveal your email address.....when you bypass this by pressing ok, your email software comes up, eg. outlook express. What I am looking to do is have to all automated similar to the way contact_us.php works - seamless!
This is what my code looks like. It is very basic as it is a pretty simple form, but if anyone can give me advice how it can be automated and is it possible to incorporate code that ensures the emails is trigerred without any ie prompts and/or email software popping up. It worls lilke that with contact_us.php

Have I been hacked?

Over the last 2 weeks or so, I have these categories below appearing as my categories in my site every once in a while. When I refresh enough times, it eventually disappears and is replaced with my actual categories on my website www.nontando.com. Does anyone know where this is coming from and how can I permanently ensure that it does not reappear. Thanks, Gary

Products URL within admin

Having a strange problem and hopefully someone can help.
I have just created a category "African Travel Tours & Packages" for my website www.nontando.com.
I need to setup a product url for each travel package (so I have used the product url link within admin) so that it takes the user to another page.
I have been testing it using my home page, www.nontando.com and it works fine in admin when I test it, yet when you click the link on my live website, I get this error.
