Hi Harald - brand new install. Error reporting set to -1
I think it was/is COD and Paypal Express Checkout. The error happens at the checkout_confirmation page IIRC.

Issue fixed in: 2.3
The v2 codebase was not developed with error reporting -1 in mind.
