No response in Support Tickets forum

Although I posted a question in the Support Tickets forum 3 weeks ago, I have had no response or acknowledgement. Not sure if it has been seen, as the osCommerce website states:

Submit a Support Ticket and we will personally strive to help you further as soon as possible.

Support Tickets are private and are directly handled by us with no interim standard responses to quickly solve issues faster.

Support Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm CET (that's the official time; support is also likely be provided off hours and on weekends when we are available)

A Community Sponsorship is required to submit Support Tickets, starting from 10 € / Month!

Perhaps my support ticket isn't showing up.
