Admin login problem with htaccess layers

Hi,

I hope some admin login problem discovered. Maybe this example will work for everybody with copy/paste password.

Issue:

1. install osCommerce webshop with this admin login:

login: admin
password: öüóőúéáűí

2. login admin site and activate htaccess layer with the same pasword

login: admin
password: öüóőúéáűí
check htaccess

3. try to login!

I think utf8 characters are not compatible with basic english letters and digits in htaccess layers.
