Deprecated Error. oscommerce cart admin not working

when I go to activate the module I get the following:
CSRF check failed. Please enable cookies.
If the problem persists, please contact the server/website administrator
^ that error went away after I re-installed
If I click the cart icon in my admin I get the following:

I'm wondering if this all is related to the fact that I renamed my /"admin" to something else for security reasons?? Or I'm running to new of php? I really have no Idea i'm completely new at this. Any help would be much appreciated

I did leave out the config file because I'm noob and the instructions didnt tell me to do anything with it...so i went into extra and copied and pasted the "header for raven nuke" and added the missing <?php at the end of the code...but still same errors.

Well i fixed the parse error that was self explanatory. I also copied the "header for raven nuke" into my server and renamed it header.php as is what I took from the instructions but I'm not sure...I did a reinstal of the cart but still have same errors above.

Why dont you use the latest oscommerce shopping cart? The old versions are out of date.
