specials admin forgets page when setting status

In specials administration clicking on the red or green dot to change the status of a special causes the file to forget what page it was on. While the case 'setflag' code is already capable of using the page number the link codes in lines 178 to 181 don't pass the page number along. The fix is simple, just change:

by adding  " . '&page=' . $HTTP_GET_VARS['page']" to list of variables passed in the two tep_href_link statements.
