Product Update notifications has no effect at the end of Checkout

Hi developers,
Product Update notifications has no effect at the end of Checkout. I think not exist this action. The global notifications works in "My account".
Other way never seems products notification box.
Finaly would be good to see customers products notifications at the admin site customer on a new last tab, but this can be contribution only.
