Error uploading new version add-on

I have tried yesterday to upload a new version of one add-on  (Volledig NL taalpakket incl ADMIN http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/7839), but it does not work as expected.

It is shown in the list new entries http://addons.oscommerce.com/
but the link is refering to one old version of the add-on. The new version is not shown on this page http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/7839.

Maybe it is because there are 5 old versions? The old versions can be removed if necessery, there are all for the same version of osCommerce (2.3.1) The new version add-on : 1.6 also for osCommerce 2.3.1.

(I have renamed the zip-file from "Volledig NL pakket  incl AV en Privay v1.6" to "Volledig NL pakket  incl AV en Privacy 1.6")
