Configuration Customers details country fails

Hi Harald,

i see only True options. Is it bug?

Please make the necessary changes for this configuration parameter.

Country True

Ask for the customers country.

Change in referal place:
osc_cfg_set_boolean_value(array(1))

to:
osc_cfg_set_boolean_value(array(1, -1))
