Hello,
At the end of installation, it's possible to finish install without administrator account created.
In this case the script insert a new line in administrators table with blank values.
I fixed this in the french branche like this: https://github.com/oscommerce-france/oscommerce2/commit/85430a5a0388a44d88df50ef51c73fec2043d747
however the same problem exists also in admin/login.php, fixed in french version here : https://github.com/oscommerce-france/oscommerce2/commit/b8b64f7a85473db04848d289dd53b3ad26556cf9
