Hi Guys,
I am working on getting our store front up and running, and would like the ability to give discounts to customers on a case by case basis. Ideally what I would like is for the customer to be able to create a shopping cart, and then have me edit the shopping cart pricing before the customer checks out. Are there any mods that might do something like this?
I have been looking some of the order editing modules, but the major problem I see with the ones I have looked at so far is that it allows me to edit orders but I can only do that *after* an order has been placed. Ie: the customer has already gone through checkout and paid for the order with their credit card using our Authorize.net or PayPal payment module. If I create an order using one of these modules manually, I can't do the payment process via PayPal or Authorize.net without manually processing the credit card (and requiring the customers to give me the info over the phone - I would prefer to keep this to email).
The manual order entry system I have installed right now is the Attitude Simple Manual Order Entry contribution (with a few minor mods), as I like the idea of going through the regular checkout process. The problem with this mod of course is I have no control over changing the pricing before charging the customers credit card via Authorize.net.
Any suggestions?
