I've got a shipping issue. I have products that each weigh 1 lbs. If a cutomer buys one product then the shipping is $5. If they buy 2 or more shipping is free. Currently my table rate is set as such: 1:5.00,2:0.0
When you check out it gives you $0.00 for the shipping even if you only have one item selected.
Can't figure it out until I notice that the total shipping weight is 4 lbs? Why is this?
Every product (and I've double checked) is set to 1.00 lbs. If I select two of the same product the total weight is 5 lbs. So it calculates the second item correctly but not the first.
Anyone know why this si happening?
