Is it possible to change\add payment module for money transfer via WebMoney?

Or just any solution to get orders not using payment modules?
Just generate order number and print information of account where customer should send a money?

Have you found the check or money order payment module? It comes with OSC by default. If you look into it, it will let people place orders then give them intructions on where to send the check\money order to and a total. You can change that to say what you want.
