Charge to bank account

Hi, Here in Mexico, we can charge directly to a bank account instead of using credit cards... (it's cheaper). Is there a way to get info from the user when (s)he selects this payment method? Basically I need to get the Account No. Bank Name. A string of numbers called CLABE and the name to which it's registered. and maybe 2 more fields... can anyone help me out on this?
