:) when the customer enters card details it says Error please try again. The transaction was good on SECPay and money was debited, if the customer thinks they were wrong and tries again it will debit again. Everytime they try they get the message "credit card error please try again" but it went through OK.

On the site the transaction is not recorded as it is showing as an error.

The end result is my customer has been debited (some times more than once) i have no record of the transaction on my admin site. I have only notification from SECPay that an amount has beeen paid but no details of what was purchased.

My web master is stumped been trying to fix for weeks now.

Hi Fred,

I'v been having exactly the same problem and Mark Evans has been helping me out with it (thanks for the help so far, Mark).

He told me it was down to the way my server is set up and that a 'Digest Key' needs to be set up. I've been emailing back and forth to Mark and SECPay support for a couple of weeks, and we're still trying to get it sorted out. With the key set up I keep getting the message that 'Digest keys don't match - possible fraud in progress". We've tried an updated secpay.php file, but I'm still getting problems. It's very frustrating, as this is the last thing I need to get sorted out then the site can be handed over to the owner. Fingers crossed that it'll be sorted out soon.

Let me know if you manage to get yours sorted.....PLEASE.

Cheers,

Andrew
