The shipping box appears on the shopping cart page with the several options I've selected in admin, but the fees are not on the order confirmation page.

I get a sub-total, the taxes, and total, but no shipping costs and I can actually checkout.

Anything I can check to see why this is happening?

One thing I've done, following a forum post here, was to remove all the countries except the ones to which I ship, would that have changed anything?

Anyone have a store that would be willing to let me look at their checkout pages?
