changing Privacy Notice...

How can i change the text Privacy Notice to Privacy and Policies on the left information box?

All text is stored in \includes\lauguages\<your_lauguage>.php and in \includes\lauguages\<your_lauguage>\*.php files and other subdirectoies for button/images with text on them.
