Your image file sizes are too big making them slow to appear on a 56k modem.

Instead of using gifs save the photo in jpg format which compresses better thus making file sizes smaller.

Not keen on the logo, looks a bit amatuerish, a good logo would make the site look more professional, maybe pay a web designer to produce one for you?

Also there is far too much space at the bottom of the page which needs to be sorted out.

Also watch the height of the images - one image (2003 guard uniform) when enlarged is 1712 pixels high!

This makes it impossible to view as the pop-up window doesn't scroll - best keeping images under 500 pixels high, this will make the file size smaller as well.

The site itself is very easy to navigate around, I had no prblems at all.

For the images I would suggest you use one of the image contributions. My personal favourate is Sm,med, lrg images which I use at www.alternateclothing.com
You'll notice the small ones fit in with the pink backing, and the medium ones are on the product information page with a white backing.

The logo is very unprofessional, If you would like one designing contact me as I am a designer.

The front page has a large block of text, and seriously how many times have you sen a large block like that and thought 'hell yeah, I wanna read all that'. Try breaking it up a little.

You could also try adding a marching theme or something like that, not for useability but just so people get there and see the theme and thing 'ah, this is a place for so and so'

Hope this helps, pete.
