Looking at the popularity of ebay on the internet I would like to have something along the lines of

Powered by paypal ( ebay image ) and oscommerce

Is it legal to put the ebay image and also claim I am powered by them?
I will be accepting paypal payments

Check your paypal terms - more than likely they have given you permission to use there logos - they may even have a place to download several version of them to use on your site. It is in there BEST intrest to give away there logo - free advertizment for there site.

I unfortunately cannot speak for eBay, but it is OK to use PayPal images to indicate to customers that you use PayPal.

But, on the same note, there are PayPal logos out there that say "PayPal- an eBay company" which may work for you

I've just added a paypal logo to my site.

If you log into your paypal account, then go to Auction Tools, there is a section in there called Manual Logo's you should find what you need there.

this is how it looks on My Site it's right at the bottom of the page
