I have seen that someone or a group of people are trying to "steal" information from Paypal users...

BECAREFUL.....see the message below and follow the link...you'll see it actually looks just like an official paypal site but it is NOT...

I got a scam email from someone too, but it went to a different address link, (somewhere in asia).

when I first seen it I thought it was for real, but when I scrolled down the page to see how much suff I needed to write I seen you have to enter my sin # etc. I was like wtf why would paypal ask me for this. I looked at the address bar and it was a asian address.

so I went and phoned paypal about the email I have recieved, there answer was that they already know about the problem and not to reply to the email (ya, thanks for letting me know in advance you a##holes). then I wanted to tell them the link to the scam site and his reply was that they dont need or want it. Then I asked him why dont they post a warning on there site to let all the paypal users know about the issue, he told me that they dont want to worrie eveyone, so I said but you would rather that hundreds of customers that pay your salary get scammed? he said "well, there is nothing we can do about it right now and we are working on the problem" after that I just hung up.
