Hi all,
I am currently working on a getting postgresql support for 2.2 working and am wondering if anyone would like to help out with reviewing/ testing my code.
I personally need this in the couple of weeks (6 weeks tops), as I will be deploying osC around that time and would prefer to use a postgresql backend. (I am not religiously anti mysql, I'm just more comfortable using postgresql).

I'll be using PEAR::DB as a db abstration layer, but will only port the db schema's to postgresql, so you'll still be able MySQL after installling my contrib.

The current plan is:
[CATALOG]
1. Change to using PEAR::DB (Done)
2. Nag people in forums about testing/review (Done)
3. Create postgresql db schema
[ADMIN]
4. Change to using PEAR::DB (Done)
5. Nag people in forums about testing/review (Done)
6. Create postgresql db schema

[GENERAL]
7. Update installation procedure. (This has low priority for me, but if ppl are interested I'll probably make an effort).
8. Submit to contributions.

As the question for postgresql seems to be popping up now and then in the forums I hope some of you might be able to help out.

Regards,
Rob
Reader beware:
I've never looked into osC before june 2003, value this posts accordingly.
