Problems using the Credit Class/GV/Discount Contributuion

I am having a problem getting this contribution to work correctly. I'm stuck at checkout process...I keep getting this error: "Duplicate entry '1' at key '1' "...if i clean out the table that the error is referring to, it will work once, but will fail again on the second run...also, when i release a voucher, an email is sent to the purchaser...but when the purchaser tries to redeem the voucher from the email link, i get this error: "Invalid Coupon Code".
