Define Mainpage error in admin

I've a MS1 installed, the contribut Define Mainpage work but when I click on botton SAVE there is this error message:

Does the define_language tool work?
This mod is the same code, just fixed on a single file.

yes work, but when click on save there is this error messagge and is must necessary use back arrow in the browser

seems to me its server settings then :(

I've installed this contribution in OS 2.2 and work perfectly, this error is on a site whit Milestone
