I heard that it is illegal to run a promotion like 'buy one get one free' in Germany.
Supposing UK site (it is quite normal promotion here) sold a product to a German customer and they got one free, would the UK site in the wrong side of the law?
Can someone confirm this?

How about looking at it at a differnt angle....
Buy 1 at $x.xx
Buy 2 at the same price..... There is no free items - jut the option of 1 or 2 at the same price.....

hi,
lately they passed a law in germany which "finally" allows us to do any damn sales of any sort....so all the shops are filled up with buy 2 get one free type of stickers...so its perfectly OK for u to do that : )
