how do I put a shipping charge per each added item

I want to charge a different fee for shipping for each different product I have. For example one product might only cost me $8 to ship where as another larger heavier product $25 to ship.

 

Also wondering if there is a way to do various forms of shipping and cost? Example: ground, second day, etc.

 

I have seen some sites have an area for people to input there zipcode and it determines there shipping cost is there a way to do this as well.

 

Thanks, this is my only hold up on my site as when I set the shipping module per item it doesnt seem to show up.
