How I can integrate a 3D configurator in realtime in oscommerce?

There is no add-on for that. You should ask the devlopement of the company, you posted the link.

Tools like that need a lot devlopment time and a lot of money. I don't think you get this for free.

Well... it's possible he's spamming, but it's also possible it's a legitimate request. If the OP would come back with more information about how this could be useful to an osC shop, how it would be used, and how it might be integrated into a shop, we might be able to make suggestions. I agree that unless this 3D visualization tool has an API for such things, it would be a long shot and probably not  worth the effort. Presumably the tool would run on the server, which many hosts may frown upon (system load).
