drofe
Gmail has started putting a question mark next to my Order Process messages as a way of indicating that they are not authenticated. This support page - https://support.google.com/mail/answer/180707?hl=en-GB - says "Messages must be authenticated to make sure they're classified correctly. Also, unauthenticated messages are very likely to get rejected. Because spammers can also authenticate mail, authentication by itself isn't enough to guarantee your messages can be delivered." The fix suggested is as follows: "First, make sure messages you sent are authenticated using DKIM (preferred) or SPF." Then "Use RSA keys that are at least 1024-bits long". I'm not sure how to go about doing these fixes.

Jack_mcs
@@drofe Both DKIM and SPF can be setup in many hosting accounts so I suggest you ask your host if they have that option. You can create them yourself but it requires making some changes to the hosting account so if your host doesn't have the built in option, ask if they will make the change for you, Support Links: For Hire: Contact me for anything you need help with for your shop: upgrading, hosting, repairs, code written, etc. Get the latest versions of my addons Recommended SEO Addons
